Bridgely Data Deletion Policy

To delete all identifiable user data please open the Bridgely app, go to Settings and select “Delete Account”. When account deletion is confirmed, your personally identifiable data will immediately be removed from our main database. Data deleted will include the user display name and email address. Data on your language selection and history with each language will be retained, but no longer identifable to you. Once the data has been deleted you will no longer be able to access your Bridgely account, though it will be possible to create a new account with the same email. Once the data has been deleted there will be no way to restore your user data including your language progress.

Your identifiable data will remain in our database backups which can be retained for up to 90 days. If a backup database is restored, your user data will immediately be removed from it.
